Craig is the main protagonist of Primal Rift.

Craig is deployed by an unnamed government agency alongside James, Dwayne, and Bader to recover Dr. Carol Singh during the Houston Disaster. 

Craig is a retired Marine operative/reptile-enthusiast who tried (unsuccessfully) to run an alligator boat-tour business in the American SouthEast.

After learning about Craig's financial misfortunes, James opens a position for Craig on an unnamed spec-ops team.

Trivia:
It is implied Craig is a veteran of the US-Afghanistan War, having served in the Helmand campaign.

It is implied Craig may have been a US Marine. 

Craig's full name seems to be a pun on the word "Crocodile" 

Craig's specialty in the team seems to be amphibious warfare.
