Senator Frank Marcum is a character who appears in Primal Rift. 

Story:

Frank Marcum is seen alongside FBI Agent Helen in auditing Waldorp-Verr's portal. Marcum presses Glen Waldorp to show how the portal works and Dr. Singh objects, stating that it's a bad time.

After further pressure and threatening to pull taxpayer funding for the program, Glen relents and instructs Dr. Singh to activate the portal. 

As the portal is opened, Frank excitedly steps inside and immediately runs out in a panic.

Frank is pursued by an unseen creature (albeit except for a large claw) as Helen and Glen watch in fear.
