The world has collapsed from an event of epic proportions. People who survived are left to fend for themselves.
Out here on the mean streets survival is rough. Old explosives. Starvation. Insanity. Fights to the death. People in the street eating dogs, cats, and each other. You’ve been in this world making it for so long, you’ve grown used to it—the panic and the terror. The putrid tang of decay on the wind is a reminder of the past you’ve long forgotten about.
It doesn’t matter what your story was. The only thing that matters is what is. Fight, tear, deceive, and skeeve through the newly destroyed civilization you thought you knew. Behind you is the past—before you is a brand new day, and another chance to survive in any way you can.

Consider carefully how your reactions may influence your own perception of authority, reflect on your intelligence, display your strength, fortify your health, or game your luck. The decisions you make influence your next course of action.
