Inspired by open-ended deduction games like Return of the Obra Dinn, The Roottrees are Dead and Case of the Golden Idol.

Zoolingo is a seemingly successful startup company aiming to build a translation app that allows people to understand their pets. After landing an enormous amount of investor funding, the office has been abandoned under mysterious circumstances. Only a few documents have escaped the shredder. Piece together the identities and roles of the employees, figure out who had motive and opportunity, and construct a case to unravel the fraudulent scheme.
