Q What kind of action game is it
A 3D action game in which you control a customisable mecha girl, called a Frame Unit, and explore a ruined world. The setting is Hod, a gigantic autonomous factory world described as a massive crater crawling with armored units, broken machines and ruined buildings.
Survival there depends on scavenging. You use the parts and items you find on the way to overcome what is in front of you, which makes exploration and building your machine the same activity.
It is single-player, developed and published by NITRO PLUS, released on 23 April 2025.
Q How does progression work
The developers describe three pillars, and the way they interlock is the shape of the whole game.
| Pillar | How it is described |
|---|---|
| Combat | Dodging and using weapons consume energy. Running out mid fight is the danger |
| Exploration | Defeat the area boss to open new unexplored areas. Events may trigger along the way |
| Customisation | Swap and customise parts, choosing what suits the situation at hand |
The phrase worth noticing is best suited for the situation at hand. That implies rebuilding between encounters rather than assembling one permanent optimal machine, which is a different habit from most action games.
Q Will it run on my machine
| Item | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | Windows 10, 64-bit | Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit |
| CPU | Core i5-8400 | Core i7-8700 |
| Memory | 16 GB | 16 GB |
| Graphics | GTX 1650 or RX 6400 | GTX 1060 or RX 590 |
| Storage | 30 GB | 30 GB |
The other two numbers are unambiguous and matter more: 16 GB of memory in both columns, and 30 GB of storage. DirectX 12 and a 64-bit system are required. Windows only, with no Mac or Linux build.
Q Languages, controller and extras
Four interface languages are listed: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Japanese is the language with full voice acting. European languages are not covered.
Controller support is partial rather than full, which is worth checking against your setup for a 3D action game. Steam Cloud saves and Trading Cards are supported, and there are 29 achievements. Five pieces of downloadable content are published alongside the base game.
Q Should I try the demo first
Given the 30 GB install and the 16 GB memory requirement, the demo is also the cheapest way to confirm the game actually performs on your machine before committing the space.
A USD 19.99 single-player 3D action game from NITRO PLUS, released April 2025, in which a customisable mecha girl explores the factory world of Hod. Combat runs on energy that both dodging and attacking consume, area bosses gate new regions, and parts are swapped to suit each situation. It needs 16 GB of memory and 30 GB of storage, controller support is partial, and the published graphics specifications contradict themselves. A free demo settles all of it.
