Super Battle Golf is an online golf game for one to eight players in which everyone plays at the same time. The store sums it up as swing, shoot, sabotage and finish first by any means necessary. It is developed by Brimstone and published by Oro Interactive, and Wikipedia cites PC Gamer reporting that the team built it in four and a half months. This FAQ is based on the Steam store, the developer announcements and patch notes on Steam, Wikipedia and the Gaming Age review. For controls and knockouts, see the beginner guide, and for items, updates and achievements, see the items page.
1 What kind of golf game is this
A party game built on golf. Gaming Age describes up to eight players teeing off at the same time on a full-size course and racing to finish the hole fastest. The store invites you to hit friends with your ball, ram them with a golf cart and fire an orbital laser from halfway across the map, while you still control the angle and power of every swing and avoid sand pits, lakes, vegetation and mines.
2 How does scoring work
Speed matters more than stroke count. Wikipedia describes the goal as scoring first while avoiding attacks, and the Japanese site AUTOMATON reports that points go to players in the order they hole out. Gaming Age notes there are bonus points for finishing under par, but that they are hardly the goal, and that players drop out of participation once their ball is in the hole. Hitting an opponent with your club knocks them out and gives you a temporary speed boost, according to Wikipedia.
3 Can you play alone
You can, but it is not the point. Steam lists single-player alongside online PvP and co-op, and there is a tutorial and a Driving Range. Gaming Age still recommends bringing at least two or three friends to get the best experience. The developer FAQ before launch said the game is designed for one to eight players, and that you can technically play with up to 16 at your own risk. Private and public lobbies are both supported, and public lobbies use vote kicking.
4 How much content is there
Much more than at launch. Gaming Age reviewed the original release with only three sets of nine holes and named that its main limitation. Two major free updates raised the course count to 63 by July; a smaller October update then took it to 81.
| Version | Holes added | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Launch, February | Forest, Coast and Desert, nine each | 27 |
| Frozen Fairway, 9 April | New Snow course (9) and nine more Coast holes | 45 |
| Attack on City, 16 July | New City course (9), seven Forest and two Desert holes | 63 |
The July update also added a Teams mode, and the developer said in August that a third content update with a new biome is in progress. Details of each update are on the items page.

6 Price and platforms
The price has changed since launch. The developer announced a price of USD 7.99 with a 20 percent launch discount, while the store listed USD 12.99 when checked on 15 September 2026. In July, PCGamesN ran a headline about a free trial period before the game went up in price for good. Check the store for the current price before buying.

The current course total
The regular release gained 18 holes on 12 October 2026, taking the total to 81. Two are Forest holes, seven are Desert holes and nine are Snow holes. The 63-hole figure describes the July release; it is no longer the current total.
This small map release is separate from Content Update 3. The same announcement still described that larger update, console ports and Workshop support as work in progress. Adding maps does not prove those planned features have launched.
